Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

On selected website purchases You can return the item to us for a refund within 7 days after you have received the item. ALL CUSTOM WIGS can NOT be refunded or cancel after 24 Hours. We only accept returned items when in its original brand new condition with the product tag attached, and it must be put back in the original plastic packaging bag. These items are MELT products ONLY. WIGS or BUNDLES are not eligible . A refund will be made after we have received the item, inspected its condition, and confirmed that the returned item has not been used, combed or worn.

 

                                                Store Credit

You may choose to get a refund or store credit for your returned item. Shipping cost is non-refundable in both options. There will be a 10% RESTOCKING of the returned item price for any refund. Alternatively, you may choose to get store credit (equivalent to the price of your returned item) to be used for future order(s) which will not result in any restocking fee.
